Agreement to Terms
Welcome to PoolSentry San Mateo Pool Services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers who hire us for pool cleaning, maintenance, repairs, or any other services we offer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services We Provide
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in San Mateo, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool opening and closing services.
We will do our best to provide quality service on time. However, weather conditions, equipment availability, or other factors beyond our control may sometimes cause delays. We will communicate with you if any delays occur.
Your Responsibilities
To help us serve you better, you agree to provide safe access to your pool area. This means making sure our technicians can safely enter your property and access your pool without hazards. You should also secure any pets during our scheduled service time.
If you have a gate code, lockbox, or special access instructions, please provide them when you book our services. You are responsible for ensuring we have the access we need to complete the work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will work with you to schedule service appointments that fit your needs. For weekly service customers, we will establish a regular schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel service if weather conditions make it unsafe to work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we can set up automatic recurring payments for your convenience.
If additional repairs or chemical treatments are needed beyond the regular service, we will notify you and get your approval before completing the extra work. Late payments may result in service suspension until your account is current.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind our work and use quality products and equipment. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will make it right. However, we cannot guarantee specific results for every pool situation, as factors like pool age, existing damage, and environmental conditions affect outcomes.
We carry liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. We are also not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, vandalism, or improper use of the pool between our service visits.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
